In the North of the Dominican Republic, Rio San Juan is a small authentic and livened up village, situated in a region with a luxuriant vegetation, on a still very protected coast, far from the tourist tumult.

The villa is situated on the hilltop dominating the village of Rio San Juan. It enjoys an astonishing, not overlooked view on 180 °, with as far as the eye can see, the sea and the mountain, and why we gave it its name " La Puntilla ".

It is a contemporary villa with concrete smoothed inside, facing south, surrounded with a tropical garden and integrated into a landscaped, invisible domain from all the openings of the house.

Due to its position on the hill, the villa benefits permanently from a pleasant breeze which allows to bear all the temperatures without any air-conditioning. 

La Puntilla’s four panoramic terraces overlooking the sea and the natural surroundings, are the absolute « plus » for every moment of the day (yoga facing the sea, aperitifs in front of the sunset, drinks under the stars, sunbathing or reading …) 

The domain where is situated La Puntilla is 5 minutes away from the village by car, it is secured 24h / 24h.
